Shipping policy

 

Domestic Orders

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of order placement.  However, we always aim to ship ASAP in order of receipt.

Please note: Free shipping orders will be shipped via the least expensive carrier option.  Please choose expedited option if needed. Processing times are separate from carrier shipping time.  

US Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which typically arrives within 1-4 days.  

International Orders

International Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. International shipping usually takes about two weeks to arrive, but can 4-6 weeks depending on the country and if there are any holds at customs.  The recipient is responsible for any import taxes or fees.

International orders will be shipped via the shipping method chosen at checkout.  Please choose expedited option if needed. Processing times are separate from carrier shipping time. 

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks of placement via USPS Priority Mail.  This can vary dependant on season like Christmas for example.  Please double check lead time at time of order.

Damaged Packages

If your package or items arrive damaged or missing, please contact us at nordymade@gmail.com immediately so we can follow up and file a claim with the mail carrier.  Please provide the following information:

1. Order #

2. Photos of Item(s) damaged + quantities needing replaced

3. Photos of shipment box (if damaged)

4. Brief description of how the package showed up.
